System emails are sometimes intercepted by spam-blockers.
It is important for each user to take precautionary steps in order to ensure that in an emergency, the system email will reach you. System emails are generated to confirm your login, to send you a new password or when the PTO sends broadcasts.
Please verify the following:
- If your email provider requires you to add an originator email address to your address book (such as at earthlink.com), please add no-reply@myschoolvalet.com and support@myschoolvalet.com. If possible, add the domain myschoolvalet.com instead of the specific emails.
- If your employer has strong spam-blockers such as houstonisd.org or City of Houston, you must specify a different email for your password recovery (click on My Profile to access that).
- If you still expect an email and are not receiving it within 15 minutes, check your Spam folder. If necessary, verify that the email is not treated locally by your email system as spam.
If you still have not received an email, contact the Store Manager.
