What to expect? Before you come, ask your child for a copy of their schedule and which cluster they belong to. This is the most useful piece of information you need. (I speak by experience). If you have time to print the school map, that can come in handy.

The evening has 3 sections: First everyone gathers in the Auditorium. The Principal introduces the Grade Administrators, then the teachers for the elective and artistic activites and several cluster teachers who are present. Listen carefully to figure out where your cluster meeting will take place. Typically in one of 3 places: Library on third floor, Cafeteria or Gym.

Then you break to visit the elective and artistic teachers that are on your child schedule in their respective rooms (refer to student schedule). For example, drama, dance, spanish, media, etc. You have little time so plan ahead. 

The third part is your cluster meeting. There you will meet the Cluster Leader who will present cluster-related information and each teacher will introduce themselves and talk about their subject.

If you are interested in the Debate team, there will be a Parent Information meeting BEFORE the Open House on Sept 7 and 14th at 5:30 pm.
